Hi all,
now that it's finally Fall, and the weather is glorious, I was wondering if you knew of any festivals going on. I looked at Boston.com, and while there were things listed, most weren't for kids. I heard there was a fest at Patriot Place thi weekend, which was not mentioned on the website.

Life is Good Festival?
Did anyone else go to this? I heard about it the day after it happened. Grrr! I so would have loved to have taken our daughter.
One of my acquaintances went and said it was just an amazing time.

My son will be 14 months by the time Halloween rolls around and he's going as Mal from Firefly so I'd really love to take him somewhere. -
Pediatrician recommendation please
Hi everyone! I am having a baby this holiday season and my OB is recommending I start researching pediatricians now and have it chosen soon especially since I may be delivering early. I currently live in Davis Sq however, by next fall/winter we are hoping to have moved into our own house and our circle of area to look is quite wide. I was thinking ( Read more... ) -
Canobie Lake
Does anyone have any advice on traveling to Canobie Lake with a nearly 3-year-old? As in: where we should head first, what should be avoided, etc. I'm sure there are websites devoted to the topic; I just don't have time to research it right now. Thanks! -
Plain T-Shirts for Small Toddlers?? Anyone?
So, I'm shopping for my 2-y/o daughter at Target and picked up a bunch of pants. Problem is, the coordinating shirts all have some sort of graphic on them, and they're long sleeved. She'll definitely need short sleeves with pants before long sleeve weather starts in earnest, but I cannot, for the life of me, find PLAIN (i.e. graphic free), multi- ( Read more... ) -

Has anyone gone to the drop in playgroups at Isis?
I'm looking at going to the one in the Pru (thanks to the person who suggested that to me). Has anyone gone? Should I call ahead and reserve a spot or can I just drop in? The website says there are only 10 spaces and I'd hate to haul out there only to not fit into the class.
