Can anyone tell me about this card? I've only been able to find the normal holo version; on this one, the card itself is sparkly instead of the drawing being holographic and the border is silver coloured. Any help would be appreciated :)

Hi guys! Here are the new pokemon kids I was lucky enough to win in an eBay auction last week. The drifloon and bidoof in particular are adorable! I'm currently looking at a new storage method for my kids figures - I've run out of space and I have 5 more arriving in the next couple of weeks! What a dilemma...
