I don't understand how, but Andrew doesn't like white potatoes. Day Two was yesterday, and I've given up. He had two bites before clamping his lips together nice and tight and refusing to even consider another bite. He was at least willing to take a third bite of avocado. Potato, not so much

Well... is organic applesauce a prettier colour than the regular stuff? XD

About the same, maybe a little lighter. They did have an organic apple/apricot combination that was very pretty, but Andrew hasn't had apricots yet.

Neither of my kids like mashed (white) potatoes either -- I think it's the starchy texture. So much of what kids like and dislike comes down to texture.
