A moron, that's who. I don't know that he didn't go through proper channels when buying the guns in the first place, but it's clear the guy didn't have proper gun sense as far as keeping guns. I was glad to hear about the indefinite suspension, although it's just ridiclous that he even played one game.

Yeah, I am sure there was some study that inspired the list, something showing how a big chunk of tax payer money is tied up in clinics treating drug users who share needles or OD because they don't use right, so they figured, in the long run, maybe it saves the taxpayers money to put out this PSA, but...come on. I feel like you should pretty much be on your own if you're gonna use illegal drugs in the first place.

I have a bit of this feeing, too. I know it's probably cliché or stereotyping, but I'll attribute part of it to the ears. :-P I do have a measure of respect for him because of the charity work he does, and his interest in architecture and urban planning.

My mom and I were talking about this abdication business the other day. She claims she heard that he himself had given up the right to the throne, but I don't think that can be true. That would be big news, and as much as I have been disconnected lately, I think I would have heard about this. But maybe it is true? I have an interest, but not enough to search for the answer. :-P
