remember the millionaire that just got off for dismembering someone in galveston, TX?

on two separate occasions in the past 2 days, people on one boat in galveston bay found a head in a plastic bag, and people on another boat in galveston found chest with a headless body in it. i've been wanting to go beachcombing lately.
