If you're worried about the weight, try doing a few sit ups before/after bed. Those are the best times, because morning will help you wake up and night will help tire you for better rest. Everyone gets worried about their weight, especially with all the bullcrap newspapers, tabloids, hollywood, and tv advertisements tell you.
And like Mugen said, communication is the key.
