I know the world is full of crazy people. I just hate having to deal with them, and I hate it even more when their stupidity puts other people, especially young, innocent, helpless people, in danger.
I'm right with you on that. Sometimes I think our electronic world is more of a detriment than a help, but then again, I wouldn't get to know some pretty wonderful people otherwise.
OMG! That is just criminal! How could anyone be so irresponsible? And poor you- I wondered how you were doing. I hope you and your family's health is better! You have my sympathy!
It is criminal. Literally, as it happens. C just got lucky enough to get caught by a civilian and not a police officer. And yes. Totally, unbelievably irresponsible.
We're holding our own, though I'm looking forward to winter being over. Seems like at least one person in my family has been sick pretty much all the time since mid-November.
*hugs you*
Thanks for the kind thoughts. I hope you're doing well? You've had way more snow this season than we have, I know.
Doing fine! Our winter was surprisingly mild - only a dusting of snow a couple of times. Of course, we had a lot of rainy cold days-which I hate. But it's getting better - the daffodils are blooming which always cheers me up. Spring is on the way

6 dogs? Really? What kinds? I only have one dog - a Golden Retriever. But I also have two cats and a tank full of tropical fish, so I'm hardly one to fuss about how many pets somebody else has. If I had a fenced in yard (or even just a bigger one) I'd probably have more dogs, but I already feel guilty for the fact that Penny has so little room to roam.
It's an awesome thing you're doing helping the humane society out of what sounds like a horrific jam. Good on you. It's always a great feeling when we can put our skills to use for a good cause rather than just to help somebody else get rich, yes?
I don't know why I thought you got so much more snow than we did this winter. It's just seemed like every storm that tried to come our way got stymied by the mountains, and since you're on the other side, I assumed you got what we didn't. Huh.
Your life doesn't sound silly at all. It sounds wonderful. :)
I have 4 dobermans, a weimaraner, and an aussie shepherd/blue heeler mix. 4 of them were rescues-lol- including the little aussie - Chester- who was dumped by the side of the road looking pitiful. I originally just wanted 2 dogs, but I'm a sucker and can't leave a dog to fend for itself
