i just started watching battlestar galactica. boy howdy, where have you been all my life? ive been hearing for awhile that it's the best show on television (we've got a subscription to wired magazine and the staff seem to be huge fans) and friends keep recommending it but it was one of those shows where i kept being like, eh, i'll get around to it ( Read more... )

How funny~ my brother has been playing Mass Effect for the past several months, and recently he bought the first season of BSG and has been watching that like no tomorrow. He'd been watching the later seasons while he was away at school, and kept telling me I should watch it too. I guess I'm in the boat you were in, where everyone tells me it's good stuff, but I've still yet to see it =)

He also played KOTOR way back when it came out too, so I think I'm getting a feel for your recent taste in games, by proxy XD

homg steal the 360 back to play mass effect, it's awesome! play as a woman tho, the voice actress is much better; i started up a new game to play as a male renegade soldier and the voice actor annoyed me so much i stopped after a couple of hours :x
steal his BSG dvds too!!

I'm a fan! My elder sister got me hooked onto this series, though I've only watched the first season so far, I'm waiting for more! XD;; It's one of the best shows I've seen in a long time!

actually another reason i started watching it was bc i needed something riveting to watch during my daily workout so that i'd be able to get through it and a friend suggested this series lol... but yah the time passes rly fast when watching it O_O

Me, me! I <3 Battlestar! I think they did a great job casting for the series. Everyone really seems to "get" their characters.
