Water blahs

I've been trying to drink more water in my overall effort to get healthy. Water, however, can be pretty boring after awhile So, I took a suggestion from my sister and added a bit of lemon juice or lime juice (or both!) to my water. Delicious! And less boring.

Sometimes I put weird stuff like cucumber or rosemary in my water. and I count green tea toward my water goal.

How much are you aiming to drink? The standard is 8 glasses, but I've also heard one ounce extra for every pound you want to lose, or just one ounce for every pound you weigh!

i have a water bottle that is 22 oz, and i aim to drink 6 of those per day, which is 132 oz.
