I normally don't like exalting in other people's misfortunes, but today I'll make an exception. There is a landlord (or slumlord) in town that is notoriously awful. I've already had several cases against him myself. He was arrested over the weekend for harassing a tenant. Oh that makes me so happy! He deserves every second of the time he sat

It's fine to exalt into other people's misfortunes when those misfortunes show a linear connection to their own misdeeds.

I'm good! I suppose I've been hiding- haven't updated in forever (but I have been keeping up to date with my friends page!).
