I don't know what it is, but showers are seriously the best place for thinking over things. Once the morning of my second semester property exam, I had a complete epiphany regarding the differences between easements, real covenants, and equitable servitudes while showering. And, this morning, I had an epiphany about how best to explain this part

I love my showers too. I can spend a good 10 minutes (or more) in there. It is indeed where you get the most thinking done. Just like sitting on the can is where you can get the most reading done.

I wish the Texas courts would have that epiphany regarding real covenants and equitable servitudes. Texas just tends to lump them all together and they can't even really decide on what elements are necessary for the covenant/servitude and the burden to run with the land.
