Apparently, Luke Skywalker's and Darth Vader's light sabers are being auctioned off. It would be kinda cool to have them, although I'm guessing actually using them would be out of the question.

Do they really work? I mean - do they at least light up or something? or was that all just special effects?

i think the newer ones from the last three movies worked, but the older ones were all just special effects
