No. I wasn't. You came to see me at the hostel, once. Or...I mean...a Roxanne. Sorry, It's confusing. Like, some kind of crazy time travel, like going back...to the future, or something.

Would you mind terribly swinging by if I gave you directions? I've got some questions, and since you seem to have been familiar with Megamind, I'd like to talk to you about a few things.

[She rattles off some directions.]

Cool. I used to go through that neighborhood on my way to work.

It takes like a few minutes to get up there. Is it a good time, now?

[And after signing off, Stormer will shortly arrive at the given address. She's dressed down in some combination of second-hand military and rocker apparel, not having a gig today.]

[She knocks first, then thinks to look for a bell or buzzer.]

[Roxanne is bent over some paperwork on her dining room table when she hears the knock. She shuts the binder that’s now filled with her neat handwriting and sets it aside with the rest of her finances before heading to open the door. She’s clad in jeans and a white tank top - she’s taking it easy today. She pulls her door open.]

Hey, Stormer.

[The apartment hasn’t changed since last time. It’s furnished in her favored colors of burnished reds and blacks, the floors are hardwood, and all appliances are modern. The foyer opens to her living room with her dining room off to the left. A stereo system is next to her TV, and a plush maroon microfiber couch is scattered with more paperwork.]

Come on in, have a seat. [She hurries to gather her papers.]

Hi.

[Stormer smiles at Roxanne, then looks into the apartment, before stepping inside.]

Nice place! My bungalow had floors like this. [Her place at the hostel feels more like a dorm room, to her.]

[Stormer makes her way over to the couch, and sits. She shrugs off the field jacket she had worn.]

Yeah, it's not to bad, huh? I must have done something right, last time.

[She smiles, then gestures.]

Do you want anything to eat or drink? I've got coffee, tea...snacks, if you're interested.

A coffee. Thanks. Yeah, you seemed to do well. You had a reporting job?

[She headed into the kitchen and reached to pull down the filter and grounds, fussing with the pot until there was the distinct noises of a pot brewing.]

Yeah. Same thing I did back home. It's nice, having something similar to do. It's a good little niche for me while I'm here.

Totally. That's how I feel about being able to make a living with my music. It was difficult to start over, here, but my promoting has started to pay off.

[Roxanne nods - she imagined having to start over here would be difficult.]

I guess I lucked out in that I was here before, since I've got the whole apartment thing and job worked out.
