[Surely, Magnum's gotten over any of his...pique against Wing by now. And this really is in his best interest to help.]
Megatron. A word, please.

It has already been scheduled.

You can try. But reaching out to grasp the variables might overextend yourself. Flexibility, inward, to the buffets of chance is also a strategy.
[A better one, it's obvious that Wing thinks. ]
And so you're so certain you shall fall, then?

One can be too flexible to change, you know.
So flexible that it sweeps you away with it, takes you back to its Cybertron, and asks you to obey orders that you will come to regret.
[This look.]
Of course. No one can go through hell unscathed.

....
That is inaccurate.
[He lacks the words, even to himself, to explain right now. It's...just the words that are lacking. He's sure of it.]
One can go without being consumed.

Do I look like a mech consumed to you, Wing?

[Wing's just going to look at you, Magnum. This is his 'are you serious?' face.]

[He likes that look on you.]
Compared to, say, Dirge.

[You might get used to it.]
Dirge merely wants possessions, Magnum.
You want intangibles, which are larger, more difficult to grasp, much less hold.

And they don't leave bite-marks when the consume you.
[He chuckled.] We shall see.

Sometimes the worst damage leaves no marks.
[Wing would like to give you an award for 'Way to Miss the Point', Magnum.]
I did not say that yours were less worthy, Magnum.

Then what damage is it that you're hiding, Wing?
[He'll shoot further from the point, now~]

My history is not the point, Magnum. I don't destroy a world.
[He won't let you get that far.]

[A flinch. Why must you rub this in Wing's face?]
...too many.
How many have you created?

....I wish I could see them.
[He wanted to know why they were destroyed--what he'd wanted from them.]
But if there were many worlds that I destroyed, than there were many bases built to watch them. That is a sort of creation, is it not?

...to revel in your power, no doubt.
And creating vantage points from which to survey the destruction you wreak is onanism, not creation.
