I'm sure everyone in HP fandom has heard at least a reference to the Sacrifices Arc. I'm mostly certain that the majority of us have tried to read it at some point or another.

I think I've tried to read it at least twice before this, but with my memory it could have been more. I decided to stick out the first 'book' this time, and continue reading ( Read more... )

This post makes me happy.

I have been living a The Sacrifices Arc appreciation sort of life since April and the feeling has not gone away. This story is just...it affected me so deeply and just seeing others give it a chance makes my day.

I started reading that one too and I never finished it and I remember that it was just so intense sometimes that I didn't even want to, because yes as you said, Harry's life sucks. I am confused about that fic and how I feel about it too.
