Toni has just as lurid a sexual history as Tony. This -- along with her brashness and intelligence -- would be received and interpreted by the world at large much differently than if she were male. Of course, it's highly unlikely she gives a shit.

But then Steve comes along. Virgin Steve who, though he was a soldier and his men probably got all up to all sorts of hijinks, still thinks sex is something that should be meaningful, and, honestly, has probably been raised not to think very highly on women who have a LOT of it.

I want them clashing over it, I want Steve stuttering and embarrassed, I want Toni entirely unashamed of her past, and I want her to make Steve understand that it's not something she SHOULD be ashamed about.

....and then they are in love and have sex the end <3

seriously though, I love this prompt specifically for that part because fuck anyone who tries to make someone feel ashamed of their sexual history
