Providing nothing major comes up this week, I’d love to give this a go (if anyone else wants to take a shot at this go right ahead though! The more the merrier :))

As long as it's not too heavy on the Steve/Tony that's fine. I'm not a super big fan of that pairing but if it's more background then I'm all right. Glad you like the prompt, I'm super into Minecraft right now.

Clint/Any, Papa was a rodeo

I was listening to "Papa was a Rodeo" by the Magnetic Fields and the chorus made me think of Clint:

"Papa was a rodeo, mama was a rock 'n' roll band
I could play guitar and rope a steer before I learned to stand

Any fic inspired by this song with him would be amazing.
Bonus if you make this as literally true for Clint as possible (given we don't know his MCU backstory)

So Steve has seen some videos of Tony that apparently doesn't show him in a good light. I want him to actually read the comments on the videos. There's all the nasty trolls and nasty comments but there are also people saying "Tony Stark saved my life", "He's the reason why I didn't kill myself", "He's the reason I decided to change my life", etc.

There are quite a few people that see Tony as an inspiration, as someone who has lots of flaws (drinking, playboy, public spectacles, other addictive substances?, trying to kill himself when he was young? arrests?) and, after he came back from Afghanistan, turned it around. He survived, and became Iron Man!

So seeing Tony crash and fall and then pick himself up is what they needed to convince themselves that they could do it too.

I want Steve to read those comments and ponder on that, on how some people are role models because of the mistakes they made and overcame.

I'm okay with any pairings or gen. Anything is love.

A lot of stories present it like Clint goes on with his SHIELD life, being compromised, responsible for agents' deaths (at least as the weapon), Fury being a lying liar who lies, and all, but I'd like a fic where the stress from both sides is a bit too much to repair the holes in Clint's relationship with SHIELD.

So Tony, who is going back to California as soon as he can get his shit together long enough to finish his business in New York and go home, invites his semi/future teammate along for the ride. Clint's reluctant but Pepper convinces him they could actually use his security expertise and if a fourth person (after Happy) is living with them in Malibu... well, that'd help too. So Clint, without much direction on where else he might go, goes with it

Any avenger, any instrument. Just want Any practicing in the common room.

Bonus: Any stinks at it, but the others are tolerant (because there's so many other worse things Any could be doing).

- Any gets better by the end of the story, and the team actually enjoys listening.

- Any's msucial skill (or lack thereof) ends up saving the day once.

What if all of them learning a musical instrument and really bad with it, I kind of having something for Clint already, haven't have what type of instrument for others...(Might become really crack fill?)
