"Again, for the record, I'd like to say that I don't think this is a good idea," Steve says to Clint. He adds, gesturing for the archer to remove his hacking arrowhead from JARVIS' interface, "it's a gross invasion of privacy ( ... )

"Alright. This was from me, by the way." Steve holds up the empty box in his hands. "I'd just opened this box when Tony came in. He had no idea what they were and I was surpised because, come on, Cracker Jacks? I ate these when I was a kid ( ... )

This is one of the most heartwarming things I've ever read on this meme :) I can actually totally see something like this happening, because it's so Tony to care so much and hide it away to pretend he doesn't.

All the heartwarming-ness comes from the original prompt, but thank you. I'm always happy to give enjoyment to other anons.

Absolutely lovely story! I like how everyone remembers giving those things to Tony as well. He's not the only one who treasured it even if they didn't place as much value in it.

At first, I was all aww, look how sweet this is~ I'm dying from the adorable~ but then this line came up: "'I'm sorry, my friend, but their representation of you was unspeakably ugly,'" and I fucking lost it. PERFECTION. RIGHT THERE. xD

But really, this was so freaken' adorable, and it just filled me with the fuzzies and Hulk tried to put the motorcycle back together. HOW CUTE IS THAT.

Eheh. Basically Thor was voicing my opinion there. I picked up the most adorable Iron Man eraser (chibi!Iron Man) and I wanted to get the Captain America eraser to keep him company... but it was hideous. I couldn't do it. Tony flies solo around my desk at work.

Anyway, thanks. Always glad to give laughs and warm fuzzies.

Aww, Tony... Hoarding all his stupid non-gifts because they totally still count... Yeah, he so would...
