Making bone broth from the marrow bones I saved from making veggie soup like three days ago. Taking my time and cooking them on a low simmer makes a big difference. Lovely looking and smelling. Its cloudy like chicken broth and has a bit of gold fat on top. Glad I saved them, they obviously weren't spent ( Read more... )
