Making bone broth from the marrow bones I saved from making veggie soup like three days ago. Taking my time and cooking them on a low simmer makes a big difference. Lovely looking and smelling. I made my curry stew and it was lovely. Nice thick coconut broth. I left it in the oven to simmer a bit and came upstairs to read. Went downstairs when I realized it had been over two hours.
