I often hate busy weekends … but I had a good one, so yay! Friday after work I went grocery shopping since I decided to make another dinner for the family. I work as an Assistant Registrar at a small college. It's often quiet around here once the semester is underway, but yesterday I had all these mini projects out of nowhere (trying new things). At least the day flew lol

HA! Yeah a lot of folks hate couscous :D My dad wasn't a fan of it either, but he got seconds of everything else ROFL :D

Thanks! It was funny how they made some of the pieces of the meal sound gross :D It was definitely creative :D
