I've been thinking. [ Which is a bad sign because it’s Crowley. Who knows what’s going to come out of his mouth. ]

The way people come back in this place you'd think a zombie apocalypse would happen at any moment, be the Malnosso to botch something like that up, and then all of you buggers would have to clean up the mess. It reminds me of a ( Read more... )

Ten and a half apocalypses, in point of fact.

And I've learned that mentioning boredom here quickly leads to an end to said boredom.

Whoo-eee don't make everyone jealous now.

Funny. I was beginning to think it depends on when the Malnosso's attention span runs out and they get bored. Has nothing to do with the whole jinxing yourself thing, at least not here.

I wasn't aware it was a matter to be jealous about.

Yes, well, the last time I complained about things being dull around here, the draft rolled around two days later. You'll forgive me if I'm cautious.

People get jealous over anything nowadays. Always want something better than so-and so. Or a company tries to make something better and more advance than the other.

Want to have more experience at this than someone else at something. It's like...standard procedure for you- [ ... ] -for people.

If I may say, it makes me miss home to be quite honest. Back when the afterlife was not so boring.

[ Oh it's you. ]

I'm sure the local deities are right there with you on that one.

[It's me! Beautiful me! ....which is what Grell would say if she were not event-affected and full of orz now. Also, different account for icon purposes.]

Do you think? That would be rather nice if they were....

[Here, have the new event affected Hellboy. He's here to tell you his life story.]

I hate that kind of crap. Words like Apocalypse and destiny never did anybody any good. I know I'm meant to do something else, but you know what I say? Screw that. I'm good with what I've got going for me.

[ It's okay demonbro Crowley will pretend he cares. ]

Well aren't you a ray of sunshine. Very Fleetwood Mac of you. Go your own way and all that. [ Crowley can dig that line of thought. ]

Some of us can't exactly do that though. Would be, er, nice to.

Hey, if a guy like me can choose his own way, why can't anybody else? At least they don't have a whole mess of gods and demons breathing down their neck.

No, but sometimes I wonder it for other people.

I'm more of the "no regrets" line of thinking.

No regrets, huh? Easy to say that. Doing it on the other hand...not so easy. [ Botching up the apocalypse. Yeah that was interesting. ]

I'm guessing you do it because you want to, or can. Or maybe it's because you want to keep something the way it is.

I do it because my old man would be disappointed in me if I started having regrets about things. I do my best, live in the moment, and learn from the past. Just because things went poorly isn't a reason to regret it if you can turn it into an advantage for the future.
