I've died. Do you want the vampire version or the boat version?

[Hi Kimmi have a King.]

Actually, that's pretty useful.

Both, if you're not busy. Or drunk. Or...

...

[She knows how this boat operates.]

Both.

I'm indulging in some sloth and I don't drink much, so I'm all yours.

[And now he's not sure if you want to meet in person or not.]

Want to do this over comms or in person?

...

[Kimiko doesn't know. She really doesn't want to meet people, and maybe like them or maybe have to deal with awkwardness. She just wants to go home where she could hide in her house for months and not have to interact with people.

But she also doesn't want her research shut down by the Captain.]

I guess. We should. Meet up.

[She does not want to meet up.]

Can you tell me about the experience?

...

We...could...meet up. If. You don't want.....people to know.

[awkward.]

Honestly, I'd rather... not meet up. My locks aren't the greatest, but they'll do. The person who killed me doesn't know how to break them or anything.

[Or, rather, he doesn't KNOW that could possibly know.]

It'd probably be better for me to talk this way, anyway.

[He can be more objective.]

What did you want to know?

Why don't you let me do that. Not bad, though, for a beginner.

[Kim honestly doesn't want to meet up, anyways.]

Tell me everything you possibly can about the experience, starting when you first began dying.

I've died a few times here.

Do you mind giving an account of the experience?

There's nothing to report. After the death itself there's just missing time until one wakes up 24 hours later in their room.
Well, that's what its done for me, at least.

Or did you want what happened each time?

Yes.

Also, I have some questions. This might be better asked in person. Are you using the text function because of a language barrier?

Why?

autodidacticone September 18 2010, 05:50:16 UTC
Because I am a scientist.

heavyweaponsbot September 18 2010, 05:51:00 UTC
That is a very personal question to be asking.

It's a free boat. If you are unwilling to participate, then there is no consequence for refusing.

But those who stand in the path of progress shall not reap the rewards of its passage.
