Primarily refers to  Harry Potter fandom, but it applies to others as well. (Sidenote: I did "write" a love video of sorts a few years ago just for the Harry Potter  fandom.)

Oh, fandom. It's such an indescribable experience to anyone who wasn't/isn't in it.

I went for lunch with a friend last month who found it so amusing that I even used the word fandom. But really, it's just such a ride.
