Anakin was pretty wiped out from his lightsaber duels yesterday with Ben and Kyle Kriffing Katarn, so he wasn't really thinking in terms other than "mmm, warm," as he moved closer to his wife.

This would be a problem in a minute.

Hey, look at that, Rory was starting to come awake, and the baby was asleep, and they were in bed.

Sometimes opportunities just presented themselves. So she snuggled closer and murmured, "Morning. What are your thoughts on sex before breakfast?" against his ear.

She attributed the low voice to the whole sleepy thing, of course.

"I think that sounds like an excellent idea," Anakin murmured, kissing her neck.

And hitting stubble.

"Um," he stammered as his eyes flew open.

"What?"

Okay, that was weird. Her voice was still low, even as she cleared her throat.

"What's wrong?" she asked, looking at him and clutching at her throat. "...oh god what is on me?"
