I only know girlpirate as someone with a sick kitty that I wanted to help out, the signal was boosted through other CF, animal loving folks. I donated what I had in Paypal and made a purchase from her Etsy shop. The purchase I've had to consider another donation to her cat's care, because I never got the item.
