dead on my feet

I got bitten night before last, on my neck, two bites that I don't recognise except that they look like a vampire bite! How tacky... There's another one on my chest. Don't know what they are, they're nothing like mozzie bites and only started being itchy last night. Weird ( Read more... )

Just don't bite anyone back, and you should be right :P But if you go outside and start sparkling, then you'll know for sure.

The meadow in the pic looks like the perfect place for it ;)

Good luck with the job hunt, and with the SLR hunt. They're such fabulous cameras! I don't use mine all that often, but they're a smashing thing to have in the house.

Ooer, and enjoy the wedding ring shopping!

Oh very funny. Maybe we should be worried about you since you're always up at night commenting? ;)

You have an SLR camera just for decoration? Jeez... *snort*

Perhaps a spider bite? Those things can get nasty.

Very likely. I seem to attract all sorts of biting insects. They bypass Adam to get to me ;)

Every time I see photos of where you grew up, I always think, "I want to live there!" So gorgeous!

And I think "I want to go home!"

Whereabouts are you from btw?

I grew up in Rhode Island but now I live in Pennsylvania. I came down here to go to school and I never left. :)

It must be nice country? I've never been to the States. (Pennsylvania is on the east coast?)

We try again: Spiderbites? firefred August 28 2009, 21:39:55 UTC
Spiderbites?
I also think it might be spiderbites. These itch like nothing, and they're slow to heal. I used to get a couple per week on my ankles, until I learned to wear rubberboots while I am watering outside. - The pic looks great. And like you, I really wish I had some more tome to read. For some reason, I don't seem to find enough. Did you find your wedding rings?

If they ever invent a keyboard which corrects spellers automatically, I will be first in line to buy one.

I love the idea of spiders crawling all over me in my sleep don't you?! Luckily it doesn't keep me awake at night ;)

We did find rings like what we wanted - we first saw the same style in a little place in Kingston, and they were cheaper too and had that pinkish tinge to them (we're going with white gold), so I don't know where we'll end up getting them from.

It is nice seeing snow on Quamby, such a rare treat.

Have fun SLR shopping. Ever since we bought our Nikon D90 we haven't looked back. :)

We're looking at the Nikon D60 (funny coincidence!) which they've stopped making too. Will have to ask Adam about this D90, he's the one who's been researching! Looks like we're getting it on Tuesday.
