Am feeling, well, not great. Adam's grandfather died last night, nine months after being told he had stage 4 cancer (lung, liver, chest, eventually brain - and prostate, but he'd had that for years and it wasn't life-threatening).

He was moved to the Ian Anderson House on Friday, and we went out to see him on Saturday. Adam went again on Sunday,
