Rats. I have my speakers turned up to the max and I still can't understand anything anyone is saying. I'm rather missing the point as a result.

Um... well, sometimes there's a volume control on the actual video itself, and sometimes that can be the culprit. I've tried to watch videos and thought I was losing my mind because I had the volume cranked way up... and no sound! Only to find that my daughter had watched videos on, say, Youtube, and for some inexplicable reason, turned the volume control on the video itself completely off!! I turned it up and nearly blasted myself out of the room!!
