Ok, here’s a question for you faithful readers.

Which is more annoying to be woken up by? A greyhound whining or a smoke-alarm that’s going off because of humidity?

Yeah, I can’t decide either.

Anyhoodle, this week I bestow THIS grain of wisdom: when you KNOW the upcoming episode is going to involve Billie Piper, do not begin watching The ( Read more... )

My boyfriend, who has only seen on episode of Doctor Who (love and Monsters FYI) knows I'm completely obsessed with DW. he called me today and asked if I watched the new episode and if I liked it 'cause he likes to pay attention to my interests. I was like, "Uuuuuuuuuuuu I CAN'T TALK ABOUT IT." In a rushed voice then sniffed really loudly. 'cauuuuuuuse if he regenerates into Eleven I WILL CRY. Because I can't get used to another doctor again. And I loved DT so much. Aaaaaaaaa.

Anyway I now have to leave my room in a hurry because I hear something scuttling about and that makes me uncomfortable.

Oh my, something's scuttling! (If it's big I'll come over with my katana to save you!)

The only Doctor Who episode he's seen is 'Love and Monsters' ... wow, I couldn't have a boyfriend like that ... then again any boyfriend I have from here on out will be driven insane by my love for David Tennant and probably go after DT in a jealous rage ...

I am mad that we've had DT for THREE SEASONS and only had CE for ONE. *kicks things* S1 wasn't even that good, as far as DW goes ... *headdesk*
Is it possible to de-regenerate?
I love Ten, really, I do, and having a new Doctor is ... hard to think about, because I went into DW knowing that Nine was going to leave soon, so I was prepared and now ... *gulps*
DT has signed on through next year, though, so I don't know what the HELL is going on, but it's making me very nervous indeed.
They can kill Ten, because he'll just regenerate, but if they kill SJS I'm going to do something DRASTIC.

apparently there is some rumor that he only half regenerates or something like that. But I dont know how that's going to happen. Rawr. It's make me very tense.
I'll be really upset if they kill SJS too. I like her!
ooooo I was so mad they only had CE for one season. I love that man. He's in some movie called Revenger's Tragedy that I have never seen but it has him and Eddie Izzard in it. Which makes me want to watch it no matter what it's about.
Yeah I don't like that he hasn't seen the rest of DW either. But he's very kind about my love of it and asks questions and such. I plan on exposing him to it much further at a later date. He doesn't really watch TV - he's never really followed a show before except Tudors. But there are just so many movies and such that I need to show him. Aaaa i love showing people new shows/movies

I heard a bizarre rumor that he half-regenerates into two Tens ... which makes no frakin' sense AT ALL ... but whatever *shrugs* (Two Tens would mean double the fun with Doctor/Master!)

I love her. And I'm STRAIGHT. *grumbles about that ( ... )

Ddi you hear it? When Harriet Jones called everyone, the ring sounded just like the Master's drums! (I thought you might like that bit. ^_^)

I like David Tennant, he beeter not go and regenerate. Its makes no sense, he's filming the special right now! (Unless its some big hoax, then I must give huge props to the BBC, who usually can't keep anything as aecret.)

all, or if it was all a dream the Doctor had whilst snuggled up in bed next to the Master last year.
A girl can dream... *sighs*

SQUEEEEEEE! (I didn't catch that, my computers have been giving me troubles today, I was too concerned with making the damn thing load ...)
THERE CAME THE DRUMS! *dances* (I much preferred it when bee-runs had hot slashy potential with the Doctor and danced about to strange pop music.)

Maybe it IS a big fat hoax, and we get Eleven next episode? *has the sudden urge to hyperventilate* (No ... no no no NO! This is a frakin' SHOW ( ... )

SQUEEEEEEE!
That was my reaction when it came on, I had to watch the part over since I missed the dislogue. ^_^

Tennant can't go, with the way RTD is going through Doctors we'll be at number thirteen by 2011! What happened to the good old days where the Doctor's regenerations survived for a few series?

I completely agree, he needs to mee the Master at least one more time before he goes. Tennant does the shocked/grieving looks so well...

I have to go and watch it again! (Is it when Harriet is trying to get through to everyone, or when they're calling the Doctor?)

Yeah, I mean, Tom Baker was there for SEVEN years. SEVEN!

Hells yeah he does! *wants that back*
Maybe the Master will shoot him, forcing him to regenerate, like in that fic of mine I never finished ...

Rose looks slightly conflicted, though I have to admit her forehead isn’t moving nearly as much as it should. *shrugs* You’re the ones who wanted Rose back, not me! I haven’t been ranting nearly as much as I could have, but you lot, who WANTED her back? I have no sympathy for your complaints about Billie Piper’s lisp, lack of mascara or ‘botoxed’ face. You wanted her, you got her. Shut up and watch the damn show.

I LOVE YOU sorry had to be said.

Hee hee ... glad to hear it!

Seriously, though, I have no sympathy for these people:
"Waaaaaaaaah, Rose should come back because Doctor/Rose = twu luv!!11!!!"
*Rose comes back*
"WTF is up with Billie Piper's face?! Can anyone else understand her?!"

Yeah, sometimes I have to ranty-rant. It's good for the soul, methinks.

(Your icon ... it scares me ... particularly since Eric Roberts plays a character called 'Thompson' on another show I love to death 'Heroes' and we learned via the online graphic novels that Thompson actually had a SON. A HOT son. This boggles my brain, and I'm convinced Thompson Jr. is the Third Last-of-the-Timelords.)

NO WAY!!! capt_deviluck June 30 2008, 15:44:00 UTC
I nearly CRIED and made many many squeeky noises. He wasn't even in the last two much! His last lines sucked! I mean, Chris got a speech when he left! Dr T just gets 'It's too late I'm regenerating' and then, commence SPLODE, roll credits. Me and three of my friends (who so did not meet up for the soul perpose of watching Doctor Who toggether *shifty eyes*) spend ten minutes looking for regeneration loop-holes.
Note: They did a screen close-up of Ten's-Creepy-Pickled-Hand-Of-Doom and I'm hoping they do something flashy with that. Or maybe it's something to do with the weird being-one-second-out-of-sync thing. Or Donna's back probelm.

Either way, RTD is very mean, doing this to us on his last episode!!! D8

Well, CE only got one measly season, DT's been with us for THREE ... still gonna miss him, though.
Then again, he's signed on for the Christmas episode AND four specials for next year, so unless that's all a big damn cover-up by the BBC (and when have they EVER been good at keeping things a secret?) he's not going anywhere for a while.

I'm wondering about Martha's mysterious-Hefalump-key (or whatever it was.) Maybe it'll reverse time or something? *shrugs*

Yeah! A time re-set would be good. I never did catch the name of that key thing...
I thought CE only wanted to do a series cause he didn't want to be type-cast, but maybe that was just put about I don't know.
Yep, BBC suck at secret-keeping XD I will miss him so much if he goes, but like you say the chances are small.

I will be calling it a Heffalump-Key, even though I know it was more German-sounding than that.

CE is fantastic, but I wish he'd stayed on for DW ... he's been amazing in everything else, he's not gonna get cast as 'that guy who was the Ninth Doctor' ...

I don't think Ten's going anytime soon ... apparently he's being offered an obscene amount of money to stay on through 2011, so we might not loose him for a while!
