It started yesterday and continues today. And it doesn't look like it is going to get better any time real soon. Nothing exciting has happened since the last post. I went to the Fitness Center every day, went out to lunch Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Then I basically did nothing, unless it was taking a nap.

I met Yarbie Doll for breakfast in Ardmore Cafeteria at dear old NCBH. Then I went to the Fitness Center for 20 minutes on the treadmill. I am begining to feel it in my abdomen, or maybe that's hunger. I hadn't been in about 21 months. Well, the race really sucked! I was humililated by losing to Dr. Mellow. The only good thing about the race was that Welovethetruck (Yarbie Doll) beat BigSix (her dad and my big brother) and he had FEWER points for the race than I did. Otherwise, I went out with the dogs, read the paper, took a nap, watched TV. Just the usual.

When I was going to bed last night, I went to the bathroom one more time. The toilet backed up, and I had to use the plumber"s friend which I keep close by. Problem solved. I went to bed.
