why is it that because people perceive you to be an intelligent and hardworking person, they think they can take advantage of you? what part of smart and dedicated and hard working says, "no, i don't mind doing the entire project on my own"? that's what happened. we had a summative project to finish for economics and i worked on it for three days ( Read more... )

maybe they were just procrastinating, and by the time they realized they should get down to work, you had already done it all.

I read this entry and it confused me cause i haven't been in school for two days and i forgot that other people were still going.

That really sucks. I often get put into that position as well and it is the lame. I think it has to do with a combination of being really nice, smart, and hardworking. Leeches all!!

So did I in certain situations, but it was usually by choice. When everyone else has no ideas or are disorganized... or if writing a script was involved and no one had ideas, I'd just say "okay I'm writing this now... you all go and do whatever." They seemed not to mind in most cases.

it's a bad situation to be put in, but at least you're done. Whenever that happens to me i feel like i cant say anything cause i dont want to hurt anyone's feelings.
