OH HINATRON! it was... actually, it was more than enough. what i had for lunch there? it was too much. i felt full all afternoon, NOT pleasant. and an hour before dinner, i had a slice of toast with margarine, then a WASA cracker with margarine.... sigh. i am seriously such a glutton. ALSO, i don't usually skip breakfast, it's just that i didn't want to take time off from work and forgot! ;____;
But uh. D: Make sure you're eating enough! One of the big things with being a vegan is that you have to work extra hard to get protein, and while fruit and hummus are good (as is peanut butter), make sure you're eating substantial stuff! ♥

3) Similarly, soy-everything.
4) Beans. CHECK OUT QUINOA. Very good for protein.
5) NUTS. Especially almonds, but peanuts are okay too!
6) Also, check out whey-protein shakes. XP
