So! i skipped breakfast this morning cause i had too much work... and then had a weird breakdown when i realized i had to feed my guests tomorrow night (yes, because friends are coming over to see me lose my hair) and remembered that i was missing many ingredients. gah.
So. Lunch was leftovers from monday, plus a slice of bread and hummus, PLUS breakfast for dessert cause i'm a glutton. (which was a bowl of cereal with soy milk and a cut-up banana).
Dinner was a salad: lettuce with raisins, dried tomatoes, beans, corn, my salad-dressing, and a side of hummus (I LOVE HUMMUS). AND DESSERT WAS AWESOME. i had a slice of toast with peanut butter which i dipped in peach-apple sauce!
