I liked this so much. It was absolutely perfect except that it ended. Danny's fear was very real and the fact that Steve loves him and will wait for him to be ready is awesome. Would love to have more from the time that Steve comes back from his new missions. (If your muse will let you)

I'm a sucker for well-done doggie fic. So glad you let Cap be a dog and not an unrealistic super-animal. He has a couple of Lassie tendencies, but just enough to make him special, not enough to be unbelievable. The Danny/Steve romance was sweet. I liked that Steve was willing to wait if Danny wasn't ready for more, and willing to stay just friends if that would keep Danny, Grace, & Captain in his life. Like everyone else, my only complaint is I wished there was more! ;)
Maybe your muse will move you to try a sequel. Thanks for a nice fic.

haha yeah, he was a bit over the top but I'm so glad you didn't think I took it too far!!
Since everyone has been asking for more there is a high chance more will come if the muse and time will allow!
