Wow, yesterday was one of the most wonderful days I've EVER had. I got to pick up Michael from the base and see him for the first time since September 5 (which was WONDERFUL in itself). I cooked my first Thanksgiving meal, and everything turned out really good (or so he says.. but he's been eating military food...).
