Can you order some of your meds in 90 day increments? You can for most of them, especially birth control pills. Not only can you save money, but stock up before you quit. Order them online to save even more money

all of my doctor stuff is specialties, that's half the problem. it's all endo's and dermatologists and obgyn. and in ny it would appear pp isn't free. i'm going to try to go home soon and see pp up there and get a year supply of bc for free. that's the hope. yes, my plan is to get big scrips, but right now my blood results are changing so much it's hard to lock me in to a script.
oh yeah one other thing.. does your doctor have free birth control samples? I just asked mine and said "Hey I can't afford it" and she just gave me some because she has tons. And that was the nuva ring - which was a lot more expensive (at least at the time) than pills.
also, ortho tri isn't as popular as it used to be. it seems most docs have free samples of ortho-low, but i'm scared to try it out because it's so important to not being miserable to take ortho tri. even two months of anguish seem to much
PP here isn't free, either. Nothing as far as places where you can get an abortion or birth control is free anymore. You can tell them that you make a pitiful salary and they'll put you on Medicare (or Medicade, I don't remember which) for PP and for the pills, but it's not free. That's another one of the lovely things that Bush cut when he was first in office, and it hasn't changed since. :-/
