So much for mild Pacific Northwest summer. It's also the second summer in a rooooo w (cat on keyboard) that Bacci has insisted MASSIVELY that she gets tremendous pets, hugs, cuddles, and lap sleepings during the most miserable weather

Jim Butcher is a great author. we own most of the Dresden and Codex Alera (more classic fantasy style) series. I'm actually in the middle of going through the Alera books for the umpteenth time :)

I just moved to the Coos Bay area, and I'd say that this is a mild summer! Of course, I've only been here a few weeks and I'm used to Florida... So far, this Oregon summer is not too different from some of my Florida winters.

I'd say to come visit (and you are welcome!) but, it is pretty far from where you are.
