From what I've read you should only eat tuna twice a week b/c of possible mercury levels.

That's what I've heard from some people, but from others that they've eaten a can a day for weeks and it was alright.

Hit and miss, I suppose?

Well, I'd say it is better to eat every day than eating overly processed, hormone injected, beef, pork or chicken. But that's just my opinion.

This is very true. If I had a house with a large yard, I might learn to grow my own things.

But then again, I AM pretty lazy.

Tuna's good stuff as far as I'm concerned. Tuna away! :D

I'm stuffed behind a desk and underappreciated, but I can't complain about the pay scale. :)

I'm sure you CAN-- mercury and all-- but I lost a bunch of weight eating a can of tuna every day, so I say... TUNA AHOY!

I've just been craving the stuff oh so very much lately, omg. Like, right now, I'm sort of daydreaming about tuna with mayo and pickle on whole wheat toast mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

mm...nude beach... err I mean tuna and mac 'n' cheese....

sugarblind's icon is distracting. I highly recommend it be prohibited from being displayed in your journal. :p

Too much tuna makes my tummy go bleh. But it's "white meat" so it's all good... but if you get mercury poison, I played no role!

Well if you start growing gills, you MIGHT want to consider cutting back the amount of tuna you eat.

Then again, maybe that would be kewlies. Eat, but inform yourself first. :)

Bah ha ha! Well, considering I live in the Pacific Northwest, maybe gills would be a help, not a hindrance!
