Off the top of my head: it's 3/4 cup quick oats, 3/4 cup flour, 2 tsp baking soda, an egg, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp oil, & 1 tbsp sugar. There may be one other ingredient, but those are what come to mind and that gives you wet, dry, something to make 'em raise & sweetener which are the usual pancake ingredients.
Whisk everything together & cook in 1/4 cup quantities 'til the edges look "dry", then flip 'em over. (I do mine on a non-stick electric frying pan at 350-375F because I'm lazy & I can control the temp better than on the stove; they cook REALLY fast that way.) Recipe suggests serving them with "strawberry syrup" which is a blended-'til-smooth mixture of 3/4 cup maple syrup & 1 bag of frozen berries.
