Warren had been up since before dawn, the place was too quiet, being used to hearing the sound of the big city around him all the time the winged teen had slipped out to clear his head and was now walking back into the building through the kitchen dressed only in sweats. He hadn't expected anyone else to be in the kitchen when he opened the fridge grabbing a drink.

That's when he saw her tapping her foot waiting. "Hello." He hoped he wasn't going to startle her too much. The girl seemed to be in deep thought after all.

She hadn't noticed him enter, too entranced staring at the slowly-rising muffins in the oven. So when he spoke, Kitty started. She let out a squeal, which was followed by a pained noise as she phased through her chair, landing with a thud on the floor.

"Ow." She said, turning to look over at the room's other occupant, whilst removing herself from the piece of furniture. "Uh, hi?"

When she started to fall he reached out to catch her hand... shocked when her hand went through his. Well that's different.

"I didn't mean to startle you I'm sorry. You're not hurt are you?" Mentally flailing Warren flails because he's not sure how to handle that yet, he knew others were different but that was kind of scary and cool at the same time.

"I, uh, that's okay! I thought you were someone else for a moment." Someone she didn't want to see, but who she did, it was really all to complicated, so she just turned her attention back to him. "No. Only a small fall. I've had worse." It was said as she rubbed her backside.

"Um, have we met before? I'm Kitty."
