I slept in till 11:30 then got up to catch the bus but missed it, I wanted to get my prescription filled out, quess I'll go tomorrow. I whent to the clubhouse today, they made hotdogs and macoroni salad, two things I hate, so I ate noodles. My boyfreind bought us chinese food, I felt I had no control over what I ate today. I met with my counsellor today and we discused a food plan, we branched on what I could add to my menu. she wants me to eat meat because I'm restricting and i need protien. i whent to see the doctor andf he said i need to eat more and if i lose anympre weight he might have to put me in hospitol. this sucks. i know i shouldnt lose weigty hut I dont feel comfprtable at 105lbs, i told him that and he said I need to try.
I ate 1 fruitbar, a mini bar, three gyosa, three peices tofu.
