Wow, what a lot of housework music! I am busy downloading, and at this rate am going to have the cleanest house in Christendom. I must go to bed shortly though, but before I do I present to you "My Weekend In Numbers":

Hooray for you! And don't worry if they don't like their activity center at first - they'll warm up to it once they recognize its immense potential. :)

I don't think cats ever stop being scared of the hoover. I thought I could keep Annemarie from getting scared of it in the first place, but that was a wash. And Kitty slinks under the dresser when it comes out.

I have left a couple of cat treats balanced on top of it today. We'll see if they're still there when I get home :)

And yes - huge throw, next Saturday. Realistically I think I am 2/3rds done although I don't want to measure just in case it's less than that. Looks like I'll be watching a few more late night Buffy episodes in the next few days ...

It was a lot of fun. Except for the housework part. But the clean house part was fun, so you know, it's all good :)

Here, have an extra Sunday! (It does sound like a great weekend, but the kind of weekend where you do need an extra day off afterwards because you've been so busy!)

Oh, thank you! Wouldn't it be good to be able to do that from time to time? Sometimes an extra day to relax is just what you need. Although of course if I did have an extra Sunday I'd be using it to knit up a storm just at the moment :)

I sing into hairbrushes all the time. In one of the rich strands of my daydreams I get to be a backing singer with all kinds of famous people. Maybe we should start a meme entitled Fanatasy Backing Singer and find out who everyone else likes to accompany. This weekend I was warbling along with Sandy Thom, harmonising wildly and also Annie Lennox :)
