I always thought it was considerate to let others know that you checked the hall for them, but I've even grown tired of returning there. A lot of important people have left, at least

I don't think even your wing's that big, and I think this is the right decision anyway, even if it puts a good handful of people out of a job. Like you said, timing. It's too bad that it's, well, bad timing. Someone else might pick up the mantle, though.

And I think that you're making the right decision. Of course, I'm a bit biased, but I've also seen what we can do, just our little group. We're more flexible that way.

And of course, this is assuming you're hiring me, which if you don't I'd be possibly a little miffed. So maybe I can see the others' point of view, but hopefully someone else will jump up and take over while Jamie's gone.
