Day 53, Afternoon; Hallways/Unexplored Hallway, Storage Room; Attn: Carson, Harvey, Jack, Rodney[F]
Speed walking the halls of Atlantis, Doctors McKay and Price were on a rescue mission.
Of sorts.
No one was hurt (badly), and they'd finally convinced Doctor Beckett to simply hold his position, but there was still a broken transporter to be dealt with before the mission could be called a success.
Rounding another corner, they continued down another flight of stairs towards sub-section 9. The air took on a musky taint and the further down they went the darker it became. The great windows of Atlantis here were streaked with silt and mud.
"Looks like we've found the flooded area," Price said to McKay, digging into his kit for a torch. He flicked it on and proceeded down.
Beckett had said he was waiting on the stairs, so in all likelihood, the Dynamic Duo were almost on top of him.
"Doctor Beckett?" Price called out.
