"Where are your clothes, my friend? And your teeth-cleaning... thing?"

"May I open this and get my clothes myself," he asked the sergeant, "or may I not be trusted with this task?" Springour only shook his head and Radek opened the drawer and extracted pants, a shirt and a pair of underwear. He didn't have all than many clothes, and now he had less, as one full set had been ruined, with his victim's blood all over them. Radek paused for a moment, feeling faintly ill, but then the moment passed.
"My toothbrush," Radek said, happy to let himself be distracted by Selen's awkwardness, "Is in the bathroom, on the shelf over the sink, and it is the green one. Rodney's is red and Carson's is blue. Also, my toothpaste is... mostly yellow, with blue writing, on the same shelf."

Radek had been provided with soap and cloths for washing in the infirmary. Selen suspected there was some sort of razor for his beard here among his things, but Radek was probably not allowed to have it. He shook his head and returned to the other room.
"Have I chosen correctly?" he asked, holding up the things.
