I give in. I've been listening to the two Kane albums nearly non-stop (I especially like Acoustic Live in London) and I can't get his voice out of my head even when the music's not on. Oh my God I love you right now. I've only read a few of these (miss_begonia is amazing, isn't she?) Damn the fact that I actually have to work today. I'm pretty sure that telling my managers that I can't come in because I want to stay home and read slash just wouldn't cut it as a good reason.

You should check out One of Use Who Wants to Leave by poisontaster. It's a series of drabbles about the relationships of different CW actors, and Christian Kane is heavily featured in it. The format is also really intriguing and fun.

There's also the lovely story by tjournal Timmy Has Two Daddys. It's friendslocked, but she'll add you if you just ask. It's the one fic that got me into loving RPS and started fostering my crush on Christian.

Isn't Kane addictive? It's definitely the voice...and if I don't leave now I'll start rambling again.

Oooh, One of Us Who Wants to Leave looks fabulous. And I am intrigued by the other one, too. Why, oh why, do I have so much work to do? (Oh yeah. Because I didn't get any of it done yesterday...) And yes, miss_begonia is totally amazing. And super sweet! Sometimes I can't get over how nice people are in this fandom, on top of all the brilliant, prolific writing.

Thank you so very much for the recs! I'm not sure I'm ever going to escape this ridiculous addiction, so I'm grateful to have help placating it -- and also to know that I'm not alone!

Oh. My. God.
One of Us Who Wants to Leave was so incredibly good.
Hot and angsty and really intense. And I love the format.
Thank you so much for pointing me at it.

Dude, thanks so much for including me on this list. I've read some of these and the authors are great. Good company to be included in.
