That episode definitely belongs to John Simm. He is the dude.

I'm hoping that Moffatt will prove, as he has in the past, that you don't need to end worlds in order to get a reaction. He's good with the smaller stuff, and that's what I want to see from him. Tonight's episode was compelling, certainly (mostly thanks to John Simm) but there was the little voice in the back of my head going 'oh for fuck's sake, not this again!'

Really, really wasn't just you... Rawr, as was John Simm throughout :P

And I admit, the damaged Doctor desperately trying to cling onto himself is also quite astoundingly hot... though expect this is just me.
