After the weekend from hell, I am now retiring to writing papers and preparing for presentations. Additionally, my back is offically FUBARed (fucked up beyond all recognition) and I'm done with rowing for the season.... thanks.

This weekend? I shall go home. I need a break more so than anyone could possibly understand. Oof.

I have been on the injured list for nearly 3 weeks now. However, while this saddens me greatly, these have been some of the best weeks of my life. It is 4:30 in the morning and I am up for water practice. Why? I simply do not know (damn Lucifer Wilcox). Allegedly things are changing today with line-ups... allegedly I could care less. Today was a gorgeous day. Practice wasn't rough, classes went well, and lifting was AMAZing. Afterward I topped off the afternoon with a warm springtime like drive with Morgan. Upon returning, I bolted out of this joint to Roanoke for dinner and a movie. Today... life was good. Tomorrow, I shall run a race, take a quiz, and eat yummy japanese
