One full bathroom, one bathroom which has a toilet, sink, and a shower stall (but not a full bathtub/shower). A 1.5 bath is a full bathroom and a bathroom with just a toilet (and maybe a sink).

is there such a thing as a 1.25 Bath? Like, a regular bathroom, and then a closet with a urinal??

I'm so excited for you!!! My only piece of advise on buying a house - make sure you do all the repairs and painting before you move in. We'll have had our house for 3 years in June, and have only painted 2 rooms and half a bathroom.....
